The NIKABS PROJECTS team has a passion for the construction industry and we believe that we can offer a degree of integrity to the building industry that is currently lacking. We aim to build a relationship of trust between client and contractor and more importantly we believe that we can provide the very best quality and service to all our clients.
We have a team of skilled, knowledgeable and experienced professionals on whom you can rely upon for providing quality workmanship. We are experts at handling all types of home improvement projects.
The duration of each project will vary from project to project. Larger projects will naturally take longer, but we are able to provide you with peace of mind by working according to project deadlines and schedules to ensure that each project is completed on time, every time.

We do not have a set cost for our service. We tend to work with our clients to make sure that they get the most cost effective service and rates are based on their individual needs. We take in to account location, volumes of work and economies of scale when discussing this with our customers.
Our payment terms are 60% deposit upfront and the outstanding balance must be paid upon completion. We make sure clients receive payment terms that suit them.
At NIKABS PROJECTS we employ a wide range of engineers covering a large number of trades. We always allocate the best engineer for the job whether the work is electrical, plumbing, gas, joinery, fire safety, windows and doors, kitchen fitting, bathroom installers, roofers etc.

Emergency Questions
For urgent issues we do have an out of hours service. You would need to call our office and if the call is made outside of normal working hours then you will be provided with a mobile number to contact. Once a call is made to our out of hours mobile then a voicemail will need to be left detailing the problem, we will then make contact once we have arranged for the correct engineer to attend.
We will make contact to book a job within 24 hours of receiving a job request. As with all work we aim to provide a quick turnaround for the client and all the timescales are fully communicated with the client.
When working with NIKABS PROJECTS you are covered by the fact that all materials are SABS approved and the installers offer full and comprehensive guarantees.
